using external flash
accessory.
Camera setting not
optomized
Select Ext Flash Auto
mode.
Select “macro Flash”
[Push the flash button]
to darken the picture
exposure level.
Reduce external flash
accessory brightness by
rotating brightness control
knob clockwise.
Relflective subjects Move farther away from
highly reflective subjects
that are white or silver in
color.
Picture too dark
(under exposed) when
using external flash
accessory.
Camera setting not
optomized
Select Ext Flash Auto
mode.
Select “Far Flash”
[Push the flash button]
to brighten the picture
exposure level.
Increase external flash
accessory brightness by
rotating brightness control
knob counter-clockwise.
